  at john 3:16 god says he loved the world so much that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believed in him will have everlasting life.

  yet in revelation satan and the demons were kicked out of heaven and hurled to the earth.

  how is that loving, what could possibly be the reason he would do that if he really loved us.

  when asked how many german people were true nazis, the answer he gave can guide our attitude toward fanaticism.

  'very few people were true nazis 'he said,' but many enjoyed the return of german pride, and many more were too busy to care.

  Standing outside a pub smoking a cig and along comes an elder...

  i go to this pub (sort of like a cheers tv kinda pub) and since we can't smoke in there we have to step outside.

  last tuesday (on a meeting night) an elder all dressed up walks past me on the same side walk.

  he glances at me so i gave a nod gester.

  i want to make plans for the year's vacations.. i just would hate to make plans, spend money, then the wife says she .
